By accessing or using JustInvoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JustInvoice.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and setting a password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to register for an account.
JustInvoice is a SaaS invoicing platform for freelancers and independent contractors. The Service allows you to create and manage invoices, track payment status, accept card payments via Stripe, and send invoices to clients by email.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
During the early access period, the Service is provided free of charge. After the early access period concludes, the Service will be billed at $9.00 USD per month. Early access users will receive advance notice of the transition to paid billing.
Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
You own your data. Invoices, client information, and all content you create using the Service remain yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustInvoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getjustinvoice.app or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
